  5. Not much, actually. This is mostly a bug-fix release.

  7. BUGS SQUASHED
  8. • Patching a copy now works under System 6.
  9. • The patch progress bar now correctly reflects the amount remaining to be patched.
  10. • “Edit Resource” can now open resources in Resorcerer®.

  12. NEW FEATURES
  13. • Now includes a document describing the format of a patch file. Also includes ResEdit templates ('TMPL' resources) for viewing and editing a patch.
  14. • Now supports automatic location of the patch target. See the Patch 4.0.4 File Format document’s description of the 'ZFIL' resource for details.

  17. • I am currently adding AppleScript support to ResCompare. If you would like to help me test and debug the next version of ResCompare, send me e-mail. You must have AppleScript and MacsBug available.
